Abstract
The dataset contains monthly data, volume weighted average values for epilimnion (0-25 m) and hypolimnion (25-360 m) of Lake Maggiore, Italy (LTER site IT08-001-A) , for the period 1988-2018 and 2019-2021 for the following variables: water temperature, pH, conductivity, Ntot, NH4N, NO3N, Ptot, PO4P, cation and anion concentrations.
