Marine water analysis included: temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, silicates, orthophosphates and chlorophyll-a. Concerning sediments, different parameters were evaluated: water content, organic matter, total nitrogen and phosphorous, pH, red-ox potential and grain size classification.
